Shipping Policy

 


We process and ship all orders with care and love from our boutique.

 

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take 3–7 business days

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email

  • Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed

 


Please note: Once packages are handed to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), we are no longer in control of delays, lost packages, or transit issues. For delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

 

🔁 Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

 


We currently do not offer refunds — only exchanges or store credit.


To qualify for an exchange:

 

  • You must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains

 


If approved, you may exchange for:

 

  • A different size (if available)

  • A different item

  • Store credit

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

 

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Accessories & jewelry

  • Bodysuits & intimates

  • Seasonal/holiday items
